Dry Coal Powder Gasification Devices
The integrated start-up burner (SUB) and ignition burner (IB) device is used to raise the temperature and pressure of the gasifier through the ignition of oxygen and coal power, which is atomized and mixed by 3-6 pulverized coal burners (CB). The product generates crude synthesis gas after sufficient combustion, which can be installed either on the side or on top of a dry coal power gasification furnace.

Dry Coal Powder Gasification Furnace
Consisting of gasifiers and burners, the furnace features easy operation, convenient maintenance, wide adaptability of coals, low cost and failure rate, and high capacity utilization rate. The product is widely used both in conventional coal chemical industries such as chemical fertilizer and methanol and modern coal chemical fields such as Coal to Liquids (CTL), olefins, ethylene glycol, dimethyl ether, hydrogen and Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) power plant.
